The Uptime On Level 2 Support team is made up of Recovery Agents, and Access Agents. These are your Special Agents. Special Agents are dedicated to restoring data, maintaining and executing your DR plan.
The Uptime On Level 3 Support is your Engineering liaison for feature requests, customizations. change control, bug-fixes, and the highest level of technical expertise.
